Five Things No One Will Regret On Judgment Day

As Christians, we all have regrets in our lives  — things we should have done but didn't do, and things we shouldn't have done, but did them anyway. However, there are five things which no one will regret on Judgment Day. If we abide by these principles, we can have boldness to stand before God's throne on that day (1 John 4:17).

1) Putting God and His kingdom "first" in our lives (Matthew 6:33; cf. Deuteronomy 28:45-47).

2) Respecting and caring for our parents (Ephesians 6:1-2; [see article] cf. Exodus 20:12).

3) Marrying a faithful Christian (1 Corinthians 9:5; cf. Psalm 34:3).

4) Giving generously to those in need (2 Corinthians 8:1-5; 2 Corinthians 9:6-15).

5) Saving lost souls for the Savior (1 Timothy 4:16; cf. Psalm 51:12-13).

If we will be found involved in the above endeavors, not only will our journey through this life be abundantly blessed, but we will be rewarded in the life to come (John 10:10; Matthew 25:14-23).
