We are an open book to God — there’s nothing about us that is hidden from Him (Hebrews 4:13; cf. Psalm 90:8; Ecclesiastes 12:14).
Psalm 139 tells us:
Dear reader, it’s comforting to be known so intimately by our Lord — even with all our flaws, and yet be loved so completely (Hebrews 13:5; 1 Peter 5:7).

Psalm 139 tells us:
- God knows everything we do (Psalm 139:2). He knows all the activities of our day and every detail of our schedule.
- God knows everything we think (Psalm 139:2) — the good the bad, the wholesome, and the impure.
- God knows everywhere we go — “You comprehend my path …. and are acquainted with all my ways” (Psalm 139:3,7-9).
- God knows everything we say (Psalm 139:4).
Dear reader, it’s comforting to be known so intimately by our Lord — even with all our flaws, and yet be loved so completely (Hebrews 13:5; 1 Peter 5:7).
