7 Sure-Fire Ways To Reduce Stress And Restore Your Sanity

Michael Hyatt is a best-selling author and leadership guru. When scanning Twitter this afternoon, I came across his article in which he lists "7 Sure-Fire Ways To Reduce Stress And Restore Your Sanity."

After reading Mr. Hyatt's list, I found myself focusing on #2 on his list  Sleep. In today’s fast-paced society, a lack of sleep is a major issue for many people. A lack of sleep upsets the body’s biological rhythms, causing mood disorders and depression.

However, like every other problem we face in life, God’s word provides a solution for folks who can’t sleep.

We are appreciative of Mr. Hyatt providing us with some common sense guidelines by which we can reduce and manage our daily stress with regard to our day-to-day responsibilities, not only in this coming week, but in the weeks to come.
