Sharing Our Wealth With Others

As I was recently looking at the following You Tube videos, illustrating the lifestyles of the rich and famous, as well as their luxurious homes, I thought of the following passages of Scripture: Ecclesiastes 2:18-23; Psalms 49:6-14; Luke 12:16-21; 1 Timothy 6:6-7; 1 Timothy 6:17-19.

Beloved, if God has blessed us with the ability to gain great wealth, let us not hoard that wealth toward any selfish ends, but rather, let us share our wealth with others (Leviticus 25:35-38; Deuteronomy 15:7-11; Matthew 5:42; Luke 6:34-35; Acts 2:44-45; Acts 4:32,35; 2 Corinthians 8-9).

And not only share our material wealth with others, but share the spiritual wealth that is found in God's word (Matthew 28:19-20; Mark 16:15-16), wealth that is far more precious than any silver or gold (Psalm 19:9; Proverbs 2:1-9; Proverbs 3:13-15; Acts 3:6).
