The Silent Majority Can No Longer Be Silent

As I was reading this American Thinker article, this morning, author Lloyd Marcus asks this pertinent and to-the-point question regarding Kim Davis and her refusal to issue same sex marriage licenses: "When did we lose the power, folks, becoming subservient to 2% of the population, forced to comply or end up in jail?"

The answer is simple. The silent majority lost the power when they decided to remain silent when 2% of the population who are of the homosexual mindset decided to let their voice be known in the political arena. The result is the ungodly decadence we see in our society today.

Beloved, the silent majority can no longer be silent. God's people must let their voice be known, not only in the political arena, but in the world as well (Matthew 28:19-20; Mark 16:15-16).

The question is, are we willing to do what first century Christians did — "turn the world upside down" (Acts 17:6) for the cause of Christ, or do we continue to bury our heads in the sand?
