School Work Begins

Dear reader and beloved in Christ, for the next three weeks beginning Monday, August 11, I will be working as a substitute in our local school district's mail room, helping to sort and distribute mail to schools and departments. Because of this responsibility, I will not be writing or posting the amount of articles that I have posted in the past, but I will still post articles as time will allow.

The school year in the El Paso School District, will formally begin on Monday, August 25. When that happens, the paperwork from those schools (all 104 of them) will indeed start to flow, and that flow will steadily increase from day to day and week to week throughout the school year (we process approximately 1-1/2 million pieces of mail per year through our mail room).

My co-worker and I are presently engaged in putting postage on and mailing out yearly student registration packets for many of our schools via a postage machine, so we are very busy.

There are presently over 900 articles on the Gospel Snippets website, so there should be plenty of articles to choose from. Additionally, you can go to brother G.E. Watkins' website, where you will find Sermon Outlines, Bible Lessons, Bible Questions, Bulletin Articles, etc.

There are also several Christian bloggers who have written, and continue to write timely and practical Bible study articles you can use in your everyday walk of life, that I highly recommend.

Additionally, there are several gospel writers on the Forthright Magazine website who write and post pertinent and practical Bible-related articles on a daily basis.

May God richly bless our efforts to fulfill our Lord's commission to teach the souls of men, so they might render obedience to the saving gospel of our Lord (Matthew 28:18-20; Mark 16:15-16; Romans 1:16; Romans 6:16-18).
