A Look At Restoration History

This writer has always been interested in history, whether World History, United States History, or Texas History, because it allows us to compare our present-day society with societies of the past — a measuring device that allows us to see whether or not we are progressing or digressing (Jeremiah 7:21-24; cf. Jeremiah 32:26-44).

Religiously speaking, the design of the Restoration Movement was to emphasize the importance of moving away from a denominational mindset of worship, to the New Testament pattern of worship (other pattern articles) that Jesus and His apostles promoted.

With the above thoughts in mind, Brother Michael D. Greene (scroll down page), preacher for the Lehman Avenue congregation in Bowling Green, Kentucky, a writer for Forthright Magazine, and a student of Restoration History, presents these articles for our benefit.
