We Have The Time For What We Make Time For!

In today's busy world, people get caught up with the idea that there's not enough time to do the things we think we need to accomplish. But, have you ever noticed, that we have the time for what we make time for?

For example, there's supposedly no time for Bible study, but we make time for attending sports or school events. Some of those events being a long distance from our home and in inclement weather to boot!

We make time for going on long holiday vacations and entertaining out-of-town friends, but somehow can't find the time to attend church services during those holiday vacations and when out-of-town friends suddenly pop in.

We make time to keep up with the latest videos, news events and sports scores on our smartphone, but don't have the time to visit members of the Lord's church who are sick or shut-in.

The cost of following Jesus, requires us to set spiritual priorities and the willingness to offer a selfless sacrifice of our time (Luke 9:57-62 NLT).

Beloved, there's no question about it — we have the time for what we make time for!
