Even a cursory reading of the Bible, will provide the reader with the knowledge and understanding, that God is a people Person!
For example, if we enter the phrase, "My people" into the Bible Gateway search engine (see here), we will see 313 results of this phrase being used (or its derivative) in the Bible (KJV).
God's desire from before the beginning of creation, was to be close to "His people" (implied in Ephesians 1:3-5 - note "adoption as sons"), and to "dwell with them" (Revelation 21:3).
Because of the fact that God is a people Person (John 3:16-17), He wants only what's best for us, and what benefits us the most (Deuteronomy 6:16-25; Deuteronomy 10:12-13).
And because God is a people Person, He expects each one of us (as His disciples), to be a people person as well, in order to save those people who are lost in sin (Matthew 28:19-20; Mark 16:15-16).
Beloved, in our daily interaction with people, let us be people persons, sharing with them the saving message of salvation that can be found only in Christ Jesus our Lord (Matthew 1:21; John 14:6; Acts 4:10-13).
