"Safe Sexual Activity"

As I read this El Paso Times article regarding the problem of teen pregnancy disrupting education attainment, I noted the following statement:

"It’s time for Texas to take action and make a plan to educate college and university students about safe sexual activity to delay pregnancies and keep young people on the path to success."

Two questions immediately came to my mind: (1) is any sexual activity absolutely "safe" in the sense of preventing a pregnancy? The answer, of course, is "no"; and (2) planning to educate college and university students about so-called "safe" sexual activity, is a complete waste of time and taxpayer's dollars. That education should have begun in the home at an early age by loving and caring parents (see here and here.).

The Bible has a solution to prevent any possible pregnancy before marriage, and that solution is abstinence.

Safe sex and deep love are the bonds reserved within a marriage relationship approved by Almighty God (see here).

Any sexual relationship outside of the marriage bond, is not God approved, and will result in eternal damnation (Hebrews 13:4; cf. 1 Corinthians 6:9-10).

Beloved, God demands "purity" from His people (2 Corinthians 6:1-6 - note vs. 6; 1 Timothy 4:12).
