As this writer was reading the following American Thinker articles this morning, here, here, here, here, and this USA Today article here, I am reminded of the above titled expression, "Power corrupts, absolute power corrupts absolutely" (source). Also see article here.Beloved, we need to realize that the Source of true power (not by our power) and authority comes from the sovereign God of Heaven and earth (John 19:8-11), and those who abuse and misuse the power they have been given from above, will undergo God's wrath and judgment (Romans 2:1-11; 2 Corinthians 5:10).
The eternal principle found in Galations 6:7-8, will not go away simply because mankind wants it to go away. God's word will not return unto Him void or empty (Isaiah 55:8-11).
And also know this beloved: God is still on His throne ruling in the kingdoms of men (Daniel 4:17; cf. Psalm 9:16).
