The Church And "Why-Centered Thinking"

From his blog, leadership guru, Paul Sohn provides us with the idea that "Why" always trumps the "What" and the "How." Leadership expert, Simon Sinek expands on this idea of "Why" we do the things we do in this 18 minute video and how the "Why" inspires action from other people.

Can we use this "Why-Centered Thinking" in the Lord's church to inspire others for the cause of Christ?

After looking at the above video, my conclusion is, yes, we absolutely can!
