There Are Far Worse Things Than Loneliness

After reading the following four articles today, this writer has come to realize there are far worse things than loneliness (which I experience from time to time):

1) Former House Speaker sentenced to 15 months in Federal prison with the title of "serial child molester" here.
2) Five local El Paso educators arrested in apparent fraud scheme here.

The above two articles lend credence to what Paul stated in Galations 6:7-8: "Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life."

And Numbers 32:20-23, specifically verse 23: "But if you do not do so, then take note, you have sinned against the Lord; and be sure your sin will find you out":

3) The Obama economy is literally killing people via unemployment, which is some cases, leads to suicide here.
4) The white working-class is suffering from dysfunctional family units as well as a dysfunctional economy here.

The above two articles indicate that we are living in a "detached" society ..... a society that has disconnected itself from God. How can we successfully live in such a society? See how here.

Lastly, the following are three solutions for overcoming loneliness: here, here and here. Beloved, whether we are lonely or simply down-and-out, let us continually count our many blessings that we have from God!
