Lolly Daskal, President and CEO of Lead from Within, a global consultancy firm, suggests that if we worry a great deal, perhaps scheduling "worry breaks" might be one solution to our problem of worrying. Or perhaps keeping a "worry box" might be another solution.
However, the best solution to the problem of worry, is to (1) focus on things that are truly important (Matthew 6:33; Colossians 3:1-3; Hebrews 12:1-2), and (2) mentally give any worries that we might have over to the Lord (1 Peter 5:5-7).
Not only can He handle any worry or concern that we might have, but He can provide us with a worry-free inner peace, something the world cannot provide.
