A Hand Up, Not A Handout

As I read this above titled article by Peter Greer, my eyes focused on two words in the article about how to get an oppressed people out of poverty — job creation (see under #2 heading). In other words, a hand up, not a handout.

Thankfully, our new President-elect seemingly has the mindset of bringing jobs back to the United States (see here and here).

My prayer is that not only will jobs and job creation be brought back to our nation, but that Almighty God will be brought back as well (see article).

Acts 3:1-10 and Psalm 33:12 come to mind.
