4 Surprisingly Simple Ways To Lengthen Your Life

4) Wash Your Hands.

While this writer practices all of the above, I was not aware that flossing and correct posture would lengthen one's life, but when we think about it, these two habits do play a significant role in that regard.

Number 1 has to do with a positive attitude. Numbers 2 and 4, have to do with cleanliness. My late grandmother told me many times while growing up, "Mike, cleanliness is next to godliness"; and so it is (see here).

Number 3, has to do with attaining better heart and lung function, when we sit up straight in our chairs. Also, better blood circulation.

Lastly, honoring our parents is conducive to living a long life (Ephesians 6:1-3; cf. Deuteronomy 6:1-2).
