"The Steps We Take And The Roads We Choose Must Be Our Own"

In Ramnath Subramanian's latest El Paso Times article here, Ram emphasizes the importance of truth in our lives, and the fact that we are responsible for seeking out that truth, not relying on someone else's concept of truth or ideology.

From his good article, Ram writes:

"I have written often that in life’s journey we cannot rely on other peoples’ maps. We must learn from other peoples’ experiences, but the steps we take and the roads we choose must be our own."

Ram's insight is correct in saying that "the steps we take and the roads we choose must be our own."

Beloved, regarding the choosing of those roads, let us wisely choose "the road less traveled"; that road which consists of holiness and righteousness (see here); that road which leads to eternal life.
