Back in March of this year, a memo was sent out by the trash disposal folks here in El Paso regarding a new trash pickup schedule. Our gray barrels (disposable material). would be picked every week (on Wednesday) whereas our blue barrels (recycled material) would be picked up every other week (on Wednesday).Every week, this writer notices several blue barrels still being put out on the block where I reside, thinking they will be picked up, when they were picked up the previous week. The folks putting out the blue barrels obviously didn't read the memo or the trash pickup schedule in the memo.
What's the bottom line? You have to read the memo! (follow the instructions and the pickup schedule)!
