Regarding faith, brother Diestelkamp goes on to say that we must have:
1) Reasonable faith -- the use of logic (right thinking or reasoning - see #7 here).
2) Trusting faith -- placing our full trust and confidence in God who fulfills all of His promises (Hebrews 6:10-20).
3) Faith faith -- the kind of faith that is not based on physical sight (Matthew 16:13-17; John 20:29; Hebrews 11:8,24-27).
Brother Diestelkamp concludes his good article by stating that true faith, i.e., Bible faith, is faith that involves our total trust in God (Proverbs 3:5-6; cf. Isaiah 55:8-11), even when we can't immediately see the outcome (Romans 4:15-22; Hebrews 11:11).
