Too Much Bad News; Not Enough Good News

As I read this article by Bloomberg staff writer, Claire Suddath (see bio), regarding overstressed Americans desiring to escape the seemingly never ending negative news that is reported daily from various news media outlets, plus all of the ongoing investigations in political news (see here), I immediately thought there is far too much bad news and not enough good news in our country.

Thankfully, we can remedy this negative news problem by (1) turning off our televisions, (2) shutting down our smart phones (see here), and (3) opening our Bibles (specifically the New Testament) and looking at some practical "good news" (Acts 13:26-39 NIV) that we can actually use in our everyday living (see here, here, and here).

Beloved, by looking at common sense answers to our everyday problems that the New Testament provides through the gospel of Christ (see herehere and here), we can greatly reduce our stress levels (see here, here, here, and here), knowing that through His divine providence, God will take care of us (Hebrews 13:5-6).
