A Christian who truly loves the Lord and His word, never gets tired of teaching (it's similar to breathing -- a necessary action), simply because when we teach others, we are teaching ourselves (Romans 2:17-22). And in teaching ourselves, we are constantly growing "in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ" (2 Peter 3:18).
The end goal of an effective teacher, is to teach students how to learn and how to teach themselves (see here). Note the application between learning and teaching in 2 Timothy 2:1-2; cf. Deuteronomy 4:9-10; Psalm 78:1-8; Ezra 7:10.
Also, note the sequence: We must (1) hear; (2) learn; and then (3) teach others (Luke records what Jesus' did as an example - "do and teach" - Acts 1:1).
Beloved, Christianity must become our passion in this life, with teaching playing an integral part (Matthew 28:19-20; Mark 16:15-16; Acts 5:42). Also see Jeremiah 20:7-9.
