Prediction: Judge Kavanaugh Will Never Be Confirmed

After looking at all of the recent news report articles regarding Supreme Court nominee, Brett Kavanaugh, this writer's firm belief is that Judge Kavanaugh will never be confirmed to the Supreme Court. Why? Simply because some folks are taking the word of one woman (see here) who has "alleged" that over thirty years ago, she was sexually harassed and abused by Judge Kavanaugh. See other accusations by women in this YouTube video. Here is another view.

Folks, whatever happened to the premise of a person being innocent until proven guilty in a court of law by factual evidence and confirmed by trustworthy and reliable witnesses? (see here). It's obvious to this writer that the "politically correct" crowd who serve a politically correct god, doesn't want Judge Kavanaugh to be confirmed to the Supreme Court, because they have some kind of liberal personal agenda in keeping a conservative judge from serving on the Court.

As the FBI further investigates Judge Kavanaugh's background history this week and allegations of sexual assault (see here), we need to be aware of three things:

1) Things aren't always as they appear (see here).
2) There's great danger in jumping to conclusions before all of the facts are in (see here).
3) We need to avoid labeling people, because for the most part, labels are libels (see here).

There's one thing for certain: God is watching the proceedings, and no matter what happens, this principle will always hold true regarding people.

Latest Update and Correction: Since Judge Kavanaugh has today (Saturday, 10-6-18) been confirmed and will be sworn in as Supreme Court Justice (see here and here), this writer stands corrected in my above belief that Judge Kavanaugh would never be confirmed to the Supreme Court (I failed to adhere to premise #2 above), which goes to show you that the late (and great) New York Yankee baseball catcher Yogi Berra was correct when he once stated, "It ain't over till it's over" (source).
